Jobs in north-west Victoria are disappearing under Daniel Andrews but he is standing idly by and doing nothing Member for Murray Plains Peter Walsh has said.
New data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) shows there are now 5976 people unemployed in north-west Victoria putting the unemployment rate at 7.8 per cent.
Since May last year the unemployment rate has risen from 4.5 per cent.
The number of full time workers in north-west Victoria has dropped by 2316 since Daniel Andrews was elected while the number of part-time workers has dropped by 4058. It means 6374 jobs have disappeared under Daniel Andrews.
