$1M in Grants to Amazing Australians
Tuesday 14th March 2017
AMP’s Tomorrow Fund is once again offering $1 million in grants to amazing Australians doing great things – and Leader of The Nationals and Member for Murray Plains Peter Walsh is encouraging people across the Murray Plains electorate to apply.
The grants program is open to individuals of all ages, walks of life and abilities who have a desire to give back to their community through creating something special, or inspiring others.
Mr Walsh said grants of between $10,000 and $100,000 are available to cover a range of activities, including training, travel and equipment cost, living expenses, rent and research.
“As I travel the electorate I meet many people who are amazing artists, athletes, inventors, social innovators, scientists, writers, disability advocates, musicians and more.
“They are talented innovative Australians who are working on a project or passion to give back to the community or to inspire others.
“They just need a financial boost to take it to the next level,” Mr Walsh
“The AMP’s Tomorrow Fund is a great opportunity and I encourage the innovators and leaders to think laterally about ways they could attract some of this funding into the Murray Plains electorate,” he said.
